·        indoor pool and hot tub open from 9:00am – 10:00 pm

Friday, July 18th

·        Bowling or Movies (These events are optional for early arrivers and transportation may be provided, if participation is high.) 

·        Hospitality  Night @ 6:00pm to 10:00pm   (food, drinks, board games, card games, music and socializing)

·        Swimming: (any time from 9:00am – 10:00pm)

 

Saturday, July 19th

·        Skating for everyone at the Skate Zone Time: 9:00am to 12:00pm (pizza and drinks)

·        Shopping Excursions: Time and place to be announced later

·        Pool Volleyball Game @ 3:00pm

·        Banquet @ 7:00pm – 12:00am (after 5 attire requested) - Unlimited Food, Open Bar, Good Music and Great Atmosphere

·        Swimming: (any time from 9:00am – 10:00pm)

 

Sunday, July 20th

·        Church (tbd)

·        Tour of the City: Family photo on Lockridge Street (tbd)

·        Barbeque (time and place  tbd)

The Lockridge Family Reunion will be held Friday, July 18, 2008 through Monday, July 21, 2008. The reunion committee is organizing many activities for children and adults throughout the weekend. The cost of these activities is considerable and does not include lodging and transportation costs.  To help fund these activities, fees are requested – please refer to the information below.

Banquet: $35.00      (family members only attending the banquet)

Guests will only be charged for the cost of the banquet and may participate in all weekend activities.

Refund Policy:

Payments are fully refundable until January 31, 2008.  After January 31, only 25% is refundable.  No refunds after March 15, 2008.

Installment Plan Estimate

The reunion costs need to be paid in full by March 15, 2008.  This works out to be approximately $38 per month.
